About Bristo Community Concert Band

We are — a non-auditioning inclusive concert band in Edinburgh, who want as many people as possible to enjoy playing
music as much as we do. We welcome musicians over 16 of all abilities, however, we strongly recommend being grade 5 or above. Our enthusiastic players ensure that rehearsals are relaxed and fun as well as a great opportunity to improve. Thanks to grants, we can lend quality instruments to anyone who would like to get back to playing music. Please use out contact us form to find out more about our vacancies.

Concerts— We play a wide range of music from concert band classics to some more unusual choices! We put on at least two popular concerts a year at Bristo Baptist Church but we also support many Edinburgh community organisations and charities by playing and raising funds throughout the year.

Hire us — There's nothing quite like the sound of live music. Whether you'd like a quartet or a full blown band to listen or dance to, get in touch.
