At a busy rehearsal tonight our tubas, featuring new player Peter, were first to shine. Blowing their bass part when it was meant to be the melody only. Well, their long notes were particularly melodious šŸ˜‰

Our trombones are always a treat, and tonight was no exception, love those glisses!

Meanwhile the woodwind were well represented by David Mc, who entered the fray on bass clarinet and bari sax (how many players have a handy bari sax in the boot of the car?). But tonight's clear winner is Dominic, not only for playing five percussion parts all by himself, but also for taking on his first mission as a committee member - Haddington 700 here we come!
