Okay, here's the news you've all been waiting for BCCB's Star of the Evening. The entire band deserves a special mention for complete concentration during Bob's conducting assessment (good luck Bob!!) - matched only by Bob himself. And, of course, the stand-in conductor who wowed the band just before break with a professional display of conducting in the style of Yuri Simonov šŸ˜†


The flute section was again in with a shout, this time for the largest number of flutes ever. But tonight's award was easily won by Dominic and his new percussion apprentices, for their fabulous work in Sleigh Ride.
