At the final rehearsal before our concert at St Cecilia's Hall: Concert Room & Music Museum on Saturday from 2-3pm with our friends from Little Big Horns Sax Quartet, Bob took the band through the set for the concert - which covers a range of musical genres from Nimrod to Family Guy.

And tonight the first cornets swept the board with our Star of the Evening award. Why? They had the audacity to nominate themselves 😆

Oh, and because two of them, Gareth Flett - Trumpet and Jamie Hunter are competing at the Scottish Brass Band Championships this Sunday with Loanhead Brass Roots/Youth - good luck! And if you're free on Saturday, please look in to wish them good luck in person 😎
