Band News - 2 December 2019

Tonight was the second last rehearsal before our Xmas concerts on Sat 14 Dec, 7pm at Bristo Baptist Church and on Sun 15 Dec, 7pm at St Nicholas Church, Sighthill. But who was Star of the Evening?

There were several nominations, including Peter, for once again helping our poor percussionists tidy up - these things do not go unnoticed! Darcy, for her impromptu (but obviously very welcome) French horn solo in A Fireside Christmas 😊. Stefan, for his bass clarinet solo at the Caesura. Again.

But Kim wins tonight's award for her glockenspiel solo in Let the Bells Ring.
