Band News - 20 August 2018

Tonight we welcomed new members Diane and Caroline on cornet and Darcy on French horn, great to have you all along! But who won Star of the Evening?

Sandra put herself right in the frame in just her second week with the band, not only for her excellent tuba playing but also for bringing a great young French horn player, Darcy, along with her, yay!

But then Darcy was joined on French horn by conductor Bob and by Paul B, all the way from Oban, and our fabulous French horn section won tonight's award by over a hundred miles.
